IGrow Wealth Investments Group of Companies, proudly positioned as South Africa’s #1 Investment company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join our dynamic team in Durbanville, Cape Town.

To qualify for this position, you need:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in drafting wills.
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Experiece in drafting Last wills and Testaments.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of estate planning and related legal aspects will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Drafting Last wills and Testaments in accordance with legal requirements and clients’ needs.
  • Ensuring proper administration and record-keeping of all documentation.
  • Communicating with clients in both Afrikaans and English to accurately capture their wishes.
  • Ensuring that all processes are completed promptly, accurately, and professionally.
  • Collaborating with internal team members and, where necessary, external stakeholders (e.g., attorneys, trustees).
  • Providing clients with basic advice on will options and estate planning (where applicable).
