Job Summary:

  • The Tactical Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of individuals and property through the implementation of tactical strategies and procedures. This role involves responding to emergency situations, conducting investigations, and providing support to law enforcement agencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tactical operations to neutralize threats and de-escalate conflict situations.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with law enforcement agencies during emergency situations.
  • Investigate crimes, gather evidence, and prepare reports for prosecution.
  • Provide training and support to staff on tactical procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and maintain tactical equipment and supplies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop tactics to mitigate potential threats.
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide assistance as needed.
  • Assist with the execution of search warrants and other law enforcement operations.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to tactical activities.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in tactical operations.

Qualifications:

  •  Valid Psira Grade A/B
  •  Previous experience in Tactical Response, military, or security preferred.
  •  Firearm Competence in Handgun, Rifle & Shotgun (business purpose)
  •  Certification in tactical operations, SWAT, or similar training programs required.
  •  Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  •  Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  •  Physical fitness and endurance required.
  •  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  •  Must pass background check and drug screening.
  •  Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  •  Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding tactical operations.

Physical Requirements:

  • Stamina and physical endurance to stand, kneel, and crouch for extended periods.
  •  Possess visual acuity and hearing ability to observe and respond to emergency situations.
  •  Ability to operate firearms and tactical equipment safely and effectively.
